I’ve been meeting for the past 2 weeks with tons of different individuals and groups about new projects for 2009, almost all of which include some travel.  I can’t tell you how blessed I feel to be a part of this ministry, and to get to travel and photograph all over the world with the intention of stimulating some sort of positive change through my art.  It’s been a little overwhelming and unreal at times…and so today, after meeting with a group about a possible project in Honduras I decided to dig back through my Haiti work.  It’s only been 3 months since we were there, but somehow 3 months of America tends to overpower and somehow erase a lot of what documentary work in a 3rd world country is.  It’s almost difficult for me to recall the smells, the sound…the food…the people.  I can’t wait to get back into it.  I leave in less than 2 weeks for Kenya, and cabin fever would be a taste of what I’m feeling.  For now…here are a few of the kids at the school in Coco Beach, Haiti.  A place that is still very much a part of everything going on here daily in the new and improved Bedouins Office (more on that soon).  Cheers…and Bonjour
