As promised…I give you Twaun Pledger .

Jessi, Paul and myself were driving across town one day and I decided to bring my camera along to document the trip (the images in the blog previous to this one). While coming back down 2nd avenue towards our loft a car pulled up next to us and the driver was yelling something at us. Paul was in the back seat and I was in the front passenger seat backwards taking pictures of him while Jessi drove. Jessi rolled her window down to see what the driver was saying but we couldn’t understand him, all we could tell was that he was waving around a large canon video camera and kept yelling card. As we pulled up to the next stop light Jessi slowed to a stop…but he didn’t…and he ran right into the car in front of him.

yeah…rear end.

So he gets out of his car, runs around and instead of going to talk to the other driver, he runs straight to us! He comes up to our window, “You a photographer right? I saw that camera. My name’s Twaun Pledger and I need you to shoot for my new album, Water.”

Seriously??? Yeah…seriously.

So he asked for my card, and I gave him one, not expecting to ever hear from him again. He checked with the other driver, and then took off…and the next day he called and booked a shoot!

So without any further ado…I give you Twaun Pledger
