So Paul and Court have been talking about getting engaged and getting married for a while, but we weren’t quite sure when it was all going to happen.  Due to that un-sure-ness I asked Paul shortly after arriving in Birmingham when he was going to pop the question.  That’s when he informed me that he was going to do it the next tuesday and he wanted me to be there shooting super 8 and photographing it.

He came up with the plan to tell Court that we had to get up super early before work one morning and do some photos that I’d promised to do for them back at Christmas time, but never was able to.  It worked, she bought it and we went up to the gates, a spot they hang out at, at 6:30am for a photo session.

After shooting the first roll of film I grabbed the super 8 and started rolling as Paul pulled out the ring and popped the question.  It was awesome…the look on Courtney’s face was priceless-she was so excited/surprised!  I can’t wait to show you guys the super 8 once Paul gets it back.

So congratulations Paul and Court, I’m so excited for you guys!
