Last month Annie and I went out to Phoenix for our final bridal shower with her family before out wedding (which is in 4 days!!!). On my last day there, before flying to LA to visit friends, I went with her cousin and dad out into the desert to shoot. Took along my leica to document the day. On a related note, family/friends started getting into town this morning so our wedding week excitement has officially begun!

So my blog has been a bit sparse lately…turns out I’M GETTING MARRIED IN 11 DAYS!  So aside from that, which has been awesome/crazy/busy/etc., I’ve been working away at my first film, Blue of The Sky.  I shared the trailer a little while back and suggested that you all follow the film at @BoTSmovie on twitter (do it!), so today I wanted to share with you a few behind the scenes photos from the making-of BoTS.  There are more of these coming but for now I had a few on my hard drive with the footage so I thought I’d share…it was an amazing experience, one I can’t wait to do again!  Here are some shots…check out the TRAILER HERE if you haven’t already seen it!

Late last year Annie and I went do Fairhope, Alabama (on the bay) to shoot a wedding one weekend.  Annie had never been to the gulf coast, so on our way back we swung down to Gulf Shores for about 30 minutes to walk on the beach and give her a taste of our beautiful beaches here in Alabama.  We took along the half frame and grabbed a few shots.  BTW…we’re getting married in 2 1/2 weeks!!!

My last wedding of 2011…Nathan and Colleen’s wedding was so much fun and an incredible way to end an incredible year!
