It’s funny…when you’ve been a photographer for so long and you still make silly mistakes that you made when you were first touching a camera. I did just such a thing in Moscow…of all places to make a silly mistake! Fortunate for me, my mistake turned out to be a happy accident, as it caused some neat images that I wouldn’t have gotten otherwise. So…what did I do? I was walking across a bridge with my friend Richard and I finished a roll of black and white and decided that it was time to switch to color…so in the process of rushing, while walking, while finding film in my backpack…I forgot to re-wind my film. I shoot a Pentax K-1000, which for those of you who don’t know, is a fully manual camera…meaning it doesn’t do anything for you. So I popped the back open to find my film staring at me…OPPS! Well…anyways…here are the images from the end of that roll…my “happy mistake”!
