My friend Jake (jäk) contacted me several months ago about an album that he was recording. It will be his debut solo album, showing off his musical talents at almost every instrument in the world (he tracked everything but the drums) as well as his very solid vocal skills. jä:k is one of the most talented people that I know, and shooting with him couldn’t have been more fun. My friend Ameilia came through huge with getting us the freedom to shoot at the airport and, well, the results were fantastic. One of the best shoots that I’ve been a part of in a while. I had the help of my trusty sidekick, Paul, as well as the behind the scenes photo coverage of my friend Scott Filmer. We shot several rolls of film, some large format, polaroids and some digital. Here is one of my favorite polaroids (one of my favorite shots from the whole day!) and one of the digital images…much more to come soon. Check Scott and Ameilia’s blogs for some of the behind the scenes shots soon! (Thanks to everyone who helped out!)

These are very nice, Stephen. I really like the polaroid (what camera was that?)
