I can see the finish line

Today was nuts. Go figure. We got some amazing stories…took some great pictures and to top it all off I got re-baptized in the Caribbean Sea by Landon. It was pretty much perfect. As I’ve grown in my faith and matured in my understanding of God I decided that I wanted to profess my relationship and my faith through baptism. I was baptized as a kid, but I wanted to make it a choice of my own. So we did it, and we did it in Haiti. I couldn’t be happier that the timing worked out like this. This is our second to last day, if the flights back work out that is! The day ended with a 2 hour truck ride in freezing cold rain. Yeah, freezing. In Haiti. Seriously. anyways…For now…here are today’s pics.

we also witnessed a surgery for one of the children that we brought back from the village…this is where it was performed.

It seems Haiti has turned out to be quite the adventure. I can’t wait to hear your stories. Your baptism reminds me of several that we have conducted at South Padre Island over the years. I love beach baptisms.
