Doug and Amy

While traveling around this summer I spent a week down in the bay area of Alabama and crashed at my friends’, Doug and Amy, house for a few days. Amy and I were painting majors together at Auburn and share a studio space for a while, and I knew Doug through mutual friends and played some shows with him (back in my rocking days). Doug and Amy are now married and run a photography studio together called Studio A Photography. They’re a company after my own heart, shooting a lot of film, using RPL and Cypress albums and generally kicking butt. I had the pleasure of shooting some portraits of the two of them while I stayed there and it was awesome. A few fire ant bites and a broken light meter later here’s what I came back with. Doug and Amy…you guys are awesome! Thanks so much for letting me stay with you while I was in town!
Thanks a bunch, Stephen. We couldn’t be happier with the photos. I’ll love showing these to my kids one day.
