I want to introduce you guys about a good friend if mine, Biscuet. Biscuet (Jonathon Smyth) was a friend of mine back in Auburn, as I was shooting for Grace Campus Ministries, which he happened to be employed by, and we got to know each other over the semesters that I was a part of Encounter. Then I went on my trip to Mexico last March and Biscuet came along, which was when we really started connecting and becoming friends. Things moved from that into Biscuet now being the Chair of my board of directors for Bedouins International, and probably one of the people that I talk to the most on a consistent basis. What’s great about this is that Biscuet now lives in China! He has committed to teaching English in China for the next 2 1/2 years!! Despite the time change (try a swap) we still stay in touch, and get to talk every day. Biscuet is an amazing guy, and has been instrumental in helping me find my way as the leader of Bedouins. I want to encourage all of you to go check out his BLOG, and see what things he’s up to over there in China (always amazing stuff). He’s always got great stories to tell, and is an all around wonderful guy. Here’s a super old photo of Biscuet that I took on that trip to Mexico a year ago. Cheers…and Biscuet, you’re always in our prayers here, and thank you so much for the amazing guidance and support of Bedouins and for me personally!
