Back and Tired
March 17, 2008
It’s 8:30am Monday morning and I’m sitting at Coffee on Valley with Roger and Jessi…happily back in the states. Our trip to Moscow turned out well…we came back with a some good footage, and some good pics…and everything seems to be pretty solid now. I am so glad to be home…It seemed to be a very long week. Our trip home turned into a long one, as our ride to the airport couldn’t find our road…we couldn’t find our flight…the people at the airport didn’t belive that I was the guy in my passport…our fligth got delayed 4 hours, but they wouldn’t tell us…we got delayed landing and then finally had to deal with customs and passport control for FOREVER when we returned. after almost a 24 hour journey though…I finally got to see Jessi and start the 2 hour drive home to Birmingham. It’s great to be back, and although Moscow was amazing…fun and one of the most beautiful places that I’ve ever been…I am very grateful to be back here with my friends and loved ones, my bed and a bunch of people who speak my language.
I got back and Jessi had picked my film up from the shop, so I have a new set of pics to post from that weekend a while back that Jessi and I went to the beach. Yeah, the one where I shot that other roll and got one good pic off of it! Jessi shot about half of these, and did an amazing job! So here are some pics of us at the beach…Russi pics to come soon! Cheers.
