While I was in Guatemala for Bedouins International a few weeks ago we took a vacation day and visited the town of Antigua. It was amazing. Antigua is a town that, even with new businesses moving in such as a McDonalds and many others, hasn’t changed much at all in probably a few hundred years. In fact, the McDonalds itself is housed in a structure that looks exactly as you’d imagine Antigua a hundred years ago. The architecture is beautiful, the people are awesome and the sorroundings are amazing. I took this shoot down one of the small streets one of the many volcanoes that surround Antigua. I think this one was called “Aqua” as it had water in the crater the last time that it blew, spewing water into the air fomiles.
