Today we decided to take a break.  The past few days have been intense, as you’ve read, and the next few are going to be  pushing it beyond that even!  So…in preparation for the next few days we decided we needed a break.  So we took the tap-taps (local “taxis” that you tap on to hop in the back of) with about 20 people over the mountain and to Labadee beach (the beach that Royal Caribbean uses for it’s cruises).  It was amazing, and eye opening.  If Haiti could organize their tourism a little better (like in the Dominican next door) they could create a lot of jobs, and really start to lift up the economy.  Anyways…I’ll keep this light for today, because the next few posts might be intense.  So…the beach was BEAUTIFUL.  It was great to relax and hang out with the group.  Coconuts make great footballs for the beach.  And here are some pics:
